Part 1 — Terms for all Aurora Nights promotions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Aurora MD Aesthetics and Head Spa, 21224 Beach Blvd, 2nd Floor, Huntington Beach, CA 92648, (949) 998-5501 ("Sponsor").
2. Who may take part. Legal residents of California who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, may not take part.
3. Not affiliated with social platforms. These promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or TikTok. Each entrant releases those platforms from any liability connected with these promotions.
4. Claiming in person. Every envelope, gift and prize must be claimed in person at Sponsor's location, 21224 Beach Blvd, 2nd Floor, Huntington Beach, with valid government photo ID matching the entrant's name. Envelopes, gifts and prizes are never mailed or emailed, and their contents are never revealed by phone, text or email.
5. Using gifts and prizes. Unless a section below says otherwise, each ritual or Scalp Reset gift or prize must be used on a new appointment booked in advance by Sponsor's staff, Tuesday to Thursday between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and completed no later than Thursday, December 3, 2026. Appointments must finish by 4:00 PM. Unused gifts and prizes expire on that date and have no value afterward.
6. One offer per visit. A gift or prize counts as the one offer for that visit and cannot be combined with Midweek Special, Aura Hours, Scalp Season, Aurora Circle credit, Aura Points redemptions, or combination and series pricing. Other services or products bought on the same visit are charged at menu price.
7. No cash, no transfer. Gifts and prizes have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other services, and cannot be combined into a different service. Sponsor may substitute a gift or prize of equal or greater value if one becomes unavailable.
8. Head spa rituals, not medical treatment. All gifts and prizes are head spa services performed by head spa technicians. They are for relaxation and scalp care and are not medical treatments. The technician may adjust, postpone or decline a service if a scalp or skin condition makes it unsuitable that day.
9. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes. A winner of a prize, or prizes adding up, worth $600 or more in a calendar year must give Sponsor a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC.
10. Publicity. Sponsor will use a winner's name or photo only with that winner's written permission, and will show at most first name and last initial.
11. Your information. Information collected is used to run these promotions and, if you agree, to send you Aurora MD emails and texts, as described in Sponsor's privacy policy at auroramdspa.com/privacy-policy. You can unsubscribe from email at any time and reply STOP to any text.
12. Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entries, uses more than one identity or email address, uses automated entry methods, or behaves in a disruptive manner. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent are void.
13. Changes. If a promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside Sponsor's control, Sponsor may change, suspend or end it and award prizes fairly from eligible entries received before the change, as allowed by law.
14. Limits of liability. By taking part, entrants release Sponsor from claims arising from taking part or from accepting or using a gift or prize, to the extent allowed by law.
15. Law. California law governs these rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
16. Winners list. For the names of winners (first name and last initial), send a request to the Sponsor address above, marked "Aurora Nights Winners," by February 28, 2027.

Part 2 — Online Lucky Envelope

1. Dates. Join from 12:00 AM PT on Thursday, October 1, 2026 to 11:59 PM PT on Saturday, November 14, 2026. Envelopes must be opened at Sponsor's front desk during business hours by Saturday, November 21, 2026.
2. How to take part. Join the Aurora MD email list at auroramdspa.com with your name and email address. You may also join in person at Sponsor's front desk during business hours. Text opt-in is optional and is not required.
3. Limit. One envelope per person, however many times or ways the person joins.
4. What's inside. Each sealed envelope holds one gift. Envelopes are prepared in batches of 100, shuffled, with these gifts in each batch:

5. Odds. The chance of receiving a Signature Restore Ritual is about 5 in 100 per envelope.
6. Opening. The entrant chooses one sealed envelope from the online pile and opens it at the front desk with a staff member.
7. Using the gift. Part 1, rule 5 applies.

Part 3 — "The October Drawing" list giveaway

1. Dates. 12:00 AM PT on Thursday, October 1, 2026 to 11:59 PM PT on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
2. How to enter. Join the Aurora MD email list at auroramdspa.com, or ask for a free entry card at Sponsor's front desk during business hours. 1 entry per person.
3. Drawing. On Thursday, October 15, 2026, Sponsor will draw 3 winners at random, one at a time, from all eligible entries. The first winner drawn receives the first prize, the second winner drawn the second prize, and the third winner drawn the third prize. Each person can win once. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. Prizes. Prizes are awarded in the order the winners are drawn. Total approximate retail value of all three prizes: $920.

5. Notice and claim. Winners are told by email and phone by October 16, 2026, and must reply within 5 days and claim in person by October 31, 2026, or an alternate winner is drawn.
6. Using the prize. Part 1, rule 5 applies to the ritual services. Retail items are handed over at the claim visit.

Part 4 — Aurora Nights Lucky Draw, Sunday, November 15, 2026

1. Dates. Entries open at 12:00 AM PT on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Online entries (items a–e below) must be completed by 11:59 PM PT on Saturday, November 14, 2026. Tickets must be in the drum by 5:45 PM PT on Sunday, November 15, 2026. The drawing takes place at approximately 6:00 PM PT at 21224 Beach Blvd, Huntington Beach.
2. How to earn entries. Each of these earns 1 entry:
   • a. Join the Aurora MD email list.
   • b. Opt in to Aurora MD text messages. Opting in is optional and is never required to enter. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
   • c. Follow @auroramdaesthetics on Instagram.
   • d. Follow @auroramdspa on TikTok.
   • e. Follow Aurora MD Aesthetics & Head Spa on Facebook.
3. Doubled entries. A person who completes all five (a–e) receives 10 entries instead of 5. The maximum is 10 entries per person.
4. Free entry at the event. Any eligible person who checks in at Aurora Nights may ask for a free entry card worth 1 entry, with no other action required.
5. Follows. Entrants give their Instagram, TikTok and Facebook handles on the sign-up form. Sponsor will confirm a winner's follows before awarding the prize; an entry for a follow that can't be confirmed is void.
6. Tickets. At check-in on November 15, each entrant receives one paper ticket per entry, writes their name on each, and places them in the drum.
7. Who can win. Only entrants who have RSVP'd, are checked in at Aurora Nights, and are present when their name is drawn. If a name drawn belongs to someone not present, that ticket is set aside and another is drawn.
8. The drawing. There is one drawing. Tickets are drawn at random, one at a time, in this order: 8 Signature, 6 Royal, 5 Crown, 3 Ultimate, 1 Golden envelope, then the grand prize. One prize per person: once a person wins, their remaining tickets are removed.
9. Prizes.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $6,524. If fewer eligible entrants are present than there are prizes, every eligible entrant present wins one prize, in the drawing order above, and the rest are not awarded. Separately, every checked-in guest 18 or older receives one complimentary gift bag while supplies last; gift bags are not part of the drawing and need no entry.

10. Odds. Each ticket has an equal chance of being drawn. A person's odds depend on how many entries they hold and the total number of tickets from eligible entrants present.
11. Using the prizes.
    • Ritual prizes: Part 1, rule 5 applies.
    • Golden envelope: the first ritual by Thursday, December 3, 2026; the other three by Sunday, February 28, 2027, Tuesday to Thursday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM.
    • Grand prize: 12 monthly Aurora Signature membership credits starting within 30 days of the drawing, used under the Aurora Signature membership terms in effect at the time. It is not a membership rate lock and cannot be combined with Founding 50. The winner must provide a W-9 before the first credit is issued.

Part 5 — "12 Nights to Aurora Nights" countdown

1. Dates. Twelve daily giveaways, Wednesday, November 4 through Sunday, November 15, 2026. Each day's giveaway opens when that day's Instagram Story is posted at about 10:00 AM PT and closes at 11:59 PM PT the same day. The November 15 giveaway closes at 12:00 PM PT.
2. How to enter. Reply to that day's @auroramdaesthetics Instagram Story with the word shown in it, or ask for a free entry card at Sponsor's front desk during business hours that day. 1 entry per person per day.
3. Drawing. One winner is drawn at random for each day, by 12:00 PM PT the next day. The November 15 winner is drawn at 12:00 PM PT that day. One prize per person across all 12 days. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries that day.
4. Notice and claim. Winners are told by Instagram direct message and must reply within 48 hours and claim in person by Saturday, November 21, 2026, or an alternate winner is drawn. The November 15 winner must claim at Aurora Nights that afternoon.
5. Prizes.

6. Using the prizes. Part 1, rule 5 applies to services. For the Nov 13 prize, the guest must also be 18 or older and the two rituals are booked together.

Part 6 — Beach Blvd Self-Care Box (collaboration giveaway)

1. Dates. 12:00 AM PT on Monday, October 19, 2026 to 11:59 PM PT on Sunday, October 25, 2026.
2. Administrator. Sponsor runs and draws this giveaway. Each partner business is responsible for delivering its own prize item.
3. How to enter. Follow each partner account named in the collaboration post and leave a comment on that post, or ask for a free entry card at Sponsor's front desk. 1 entry per person.
4. Drawing. One winner drawn at random on Monday, October 26, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
5. Prize. From Sponsor: one Royal Radiant Ritual ($149) and two guaranteed places at Aurora Nights on November 15 (no cash value). Partner prize items and their approximate retail values will be listed here before this giveaway opens on October 19, 2026.
6. Notice and claim. The winner is told by Instagram direct message, must reply within 48 hours, and must claim Sponsor's prize in person by Monday, November 9, 2026.

Part 7 — Creator giveaways

1. Dates. Wednesday, October 28 through Sunday, November 8, 2026, on the Instagram or TikTok accounts of up to three Huntington Beach creators, each with its own posted end time.
2. How to enter. As stated in each creator's giveaway post. A free way to enter is always available by asking for a free entry card at Sponsor's front desk and naming the creator's giveaway.
3. Drawing. Each creator draws one winner at random from eligible entries. Sponsor confirms the winner's eligibility under Part 1 before awarding the prize.
4. Prize (per creator). One Royal Radiant Ritual ($149) and two guaranteed places at Aurora Nights on November 15 (no cash value).
5. Disclosure. Each creator discloses the relationship with #gifted or #ad at the start of the post and names Aurora MD as sponsor.
6. Notice and claim. As in Part 6, rule 6.
