    Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

    We accept major credit cards, debit cards, approved financing programs, and other payment methods offered by Aurora MD Aesthetics and Head Spa.

    At Aurora MD Aesthetics and Head Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional aesthetic services and maintaining transparent financial policies. By purchasing services, packages, memberships, products, or treatments, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    Payment Policy

    Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

    We accept major credit cards, debit cards, approved financing programs, and other payment methods offered by Aurora MD Aesthetics and Head Spa.

    A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments, packages, memberships, or promotional offers.

    Refund Policy

    Services Rendered

    All aesthetic treatments, consultations, and services are considered final once performed and are non-refundable. Individual results vary, and Aurora MD Aesthetics and Head Spa does not guarantee specific outcomes. Dissatisfaction with treatment results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

    Treatment Packages

    Prepaid treatment packages, series, and promotional packages are non-refundable once purchased. Unused portions may, at management's discretion, be converted to spa credit or transferred to another service of equal value when medically appropriate.

    Memberships

    Membership fees, enrollment fees, and recurring membership charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in a written membership agreement.

    Retail Products

    Unopened retail products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase with original receipt for spa credit or exchange. Opened, used, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

    Gift Cards

    Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by California law.

  • Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

    Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services.
